Owners of a Mazda 6 I went for the first time in this concession for the annual maintenance of my car, the home is nice I tell the head of the workshop that we must control the wear of the distribution chain because my former dealer told me that the rate was starting to be important.
When I come to collect my vehicle the head of workshop begins by indicating to me that he could not check the wear of the chain (he had apparently to contact Mazda and to keep me informed later, 1 month later I never had news)
Knowing that the replacement of the chain will be expected I ask for a quote to get an idea of the expense to provide and if partial support is possible by Mazda France (used chain only 160 000 km).
And it becomes big no matter what,
The foreman tells me that it is impossible to make an estimate because the protocol that Mazda imposes on them for this work is supposedly very complex and strict and that suddenly he can not estimate the costs to be performed, even when I ask him at least a tariff range he still can not.
By cons it can finally tell me that the rate of wear is very important and that work must be done very quickly (rate he told me shortly before not being able to control).
By insisting on having a price order he ended up looking in his client files to tell me about a replacement made on a car of another brand with additional work on braking and other things and that compared to that it should be at least 4000 €.
I have never seen such a degree of incompetence in a foreman or he does not know the vehicles of his brand, or he does not want to follow an extra car.
In any case I must look for a new dealership for the follow up of my vehicle because it is not ready to see me again, even for the vehicle that I want to buy next year.
Impossible to leave this concession without cracking for a Japanese girl. The prices are unbeatable and the vehicles of high quality. Advice and follow-up are also appointments.
